It appears that the first source on the information that Trump was speaking tonight came from John B. Wells 11:11
here is what he said after 7pm came and went:

I was asked to put this up by someone close to him. He has never been wrong. I cannot reach anyone right now - but please know I am not trying to deceive you. I am sure it will all make sense soon. Clearly, something changed. I will get more info and let you know.
Then another site announced that Trump was speaking at 9pm est. this was referred to Newsmax as well.

this was from Simon Parkes a Bristish politician and UFO researcher. he said to watch it on Newsmax, right side broadcasting RSBN, One America News Network OANN, or America's Voice news.
He went on to say that Trump would lay out evidence of the crimes going on behind the scenes.

All of the alternative news sites are slammed busy tonight and it takes a long time to log in to find any news. this is adding to the confusion and chaos, and Americans simply can't find out what is really going on.
