The thing with supplements is they are already tainted with things like, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide,etc, etc. The worst of all they add into the supplements is SOY LECTIN. spelled Soy Lecithin obviously meant to confuse consumers.

Soy Lecithin is a highly toxic sticky protein that coats the esophagus lining and intestinal lining restricting mineral and supplement uptake.

So if you have any supplements with those ingredients in them especially soy lecithin, throw those supplements in the garbage.

NO HUMAN SHOULD CONSUME ANY SOY.

There is only 2 mammals in the entire world that can actually eat soy and not get harmed, those two mammals are pandas and koalas. These mammals have specific enzymes that break down the neurotoxin, +more of SOY.

SO if your not a panda nor a koala then eating Soy and soy products are not for you.

Soy Lecithin also stops your stomachs full response, and causes a nasty craving, why can you not only eat one LAYs chip, well because its saturated in soy Lecithin. Now a lot of the spices that come in a shaker have soy oil in them.

Look at most breads now in the grocery store they got 3-4 different soy products in the one loaf.

usually,2xSoy Oil,2x Soy Lecithin, and more.

A cake has 3-4 soy products in both the cake itself and icing. So having one slice of that cake your consuming 8-10 Soy products.

Here is the kicker, what is the one product in the WORLD that humans can consume and it stops all toxicity and negative effects of SOY.
